The hotel is nestled into the forest, offering spacious rooms with high-quality bath linen. While the rooms appear a bit dated and in need of renovation, they provide decent size and comfort for your stay. The service was impeccable, with staff handling our complaints professionally and being very friendly throughout. They even went above and beyond to recommend great wines and make our daughter happy by catering to her preferences. The location, surrounded by green landscapes and conveniently situated between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, offers a peaceful retreat close to various attractions. The dining experience, particularly at the Feineschmecker Restaurant led by Chef Sebastian Pruehmann, was a mix of highs and lows, with dinner meeting expectations but breakfast falling short on several fronts. Despite some areas for improvement, the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and provide a relaxing setting for guests to enjoy.
